Jacob “Jack” Dolan (d. 1945)

Jack Dolan established a small trading post in Snag in the 1920s. He married Tilly Enoch(Crow Clan) and they had a child Billy Gai.¹⁾ Dolan received a permit for the trading post in 1938, when government permits were first issued, and held it until his death in 1945. The post was purchased by Peter Eikland and William Blair after Jack's death.²⁾ Tilly Enoch passed when Billy was a young child and he was raised by his grandmother Annie Enoch until William Blair and his wife adopted and raised him.³⁾
